Request for Proposal

 

The Resource Network is seeking a space in one of these 3 areas.  The space needs to be office space with flexibility to convert to classroom space.  The space must be 14,000 to 16,000 square feet. Include if the space is accessible to the Connect 10 route.   The space must meet ADA regulations. The lease must include a government out clause. Any new construction or remodeling costs need to be included in the lease agreement.

Potential Bidders can respond to all 3 areas:

Area 1

South of I-96 and Grand River Avenue, West of Livernois Avenue, North of City of Dearborn and East of City of Dearborn Heights and Redford Township.

Area 2

South of the John C Lodge Freeway and the City of Highland Park, West of the Walter P Chrysler Freeway, North of Warren Ave, and East of I-96 and Livernois Ave.

Area 3

Southwest of the City of Harper Woods, Northwest of the Cities of Grosse Pointe Farms, Grosse Pointe, and Grosse Pointe Park, Northeast of Alter Rd (South of E Warren Ave), East of Chalmers St and Hayes St (North of E Warren Ave), and Southeast of Kelly Rd.

All interested parties must email barriosr@trn-inc.com to receive an RFP to respond.  RFP is due back no later than June 28, 2019 at 12:00 pm noon.  No late proposals will be accepted.
